“K” in KAP MEDICAL stands for “KUALITY”. We have a strong belief in high quality and are highly committed to providing superior quality products and services. We have assembled highly experienced and dedicated RA/QA team, with extensive experience in Medical product manufacturing environment.

KAP MEDICAL Quality System meets the FDA GMP and ISO 9001 standards. We are a federal FDA and a state FDA registered company, all of our products are FDA listed. In March 05 we have successfully passed the Federal FDA Audit without any FDA-483’s.

MANAGEMENT QUALITY REPRESENTATIVE

KAP MEDICAL consistently trains associates on quality policies and maintains an individual responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System to meet the requirements of FDA 21 CFR, PART 820-Good Manufacturing practices for medical devices and ISO 9001. KAP Medical provides the necessary resources and associates and thus insures quality objectives are effectively achieved.

Quality is our number one priority. KAP associates from each of the operational areas, such as Executive Management, Marketing and Sales, Research & Development, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, and Administrative in nature are highly trained to perform departmental functions so as to exceed or meet the needs of internal and external customers. They are also trained to conform to all written procedures and specifications and contribute to the company’s overall quality performance. It is against the company policy for associates to ever pass on knowingly to their customer’s defective components or products.
